What is the minimum to start?
Top up from $10 â a 15-second promo video is $4.99, so $10 covers your first two videos.
Do I need a membership to create videos?
No. Anyone can top up and make videos at the listed prices. Membership ($5 or $25/month) is for creators who want to earn revenue share from their published courses.
How much do course creators earn?
Members earn 5%, VIP members earn 25% of their course revenue. Earnings are added to your wallet and can be used to make videos or enrol in more courses.
Is there a discount for schools and NGOs?
Yes â the Edlab Plan (â¤ď¸) gives registered schools and NGOs full VIP benefits for $10/month instead of $25. It requires an application with your organisation registration documents, reviewed within 3 working days.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No. Wallet funds (including top-ups, bonuses, and revenue share) can only be used on the platform â to create videos or enrol in courses. Refunds apply to unused top-ups only.
Can I get a refund?
Yes â within 7 days of purchase, for unused top-up funds. Refunds go back to your original payment method only.
Do I own the videos I create?
Yes. You retain full rights to all videos generated on the platform for your use.
