This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using KiiTOS. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Content

You must not create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Deepfakes: Non-consensual realistic depictions of real individuals intended to deceive or harm
  • Impersonation: Content that falsely represents a real person, brand, or organisation
  • Harassment: Content targeting specific individuals with threatening, bullying, or humiliating material
  • Fraud: Content designed to deceive for financial or material gain
  • Minors: Any content involving individuals under 18 in inappropriate or exploitative contexts
  • Violence: Content promoting, glorifying, or inciting violence
  • Terrorism: Content supporting or recruiting for terrorist organisations
  • Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Illegal Activities: Content facilitating or promoting illegal activities
  • Intellectual Property: Content infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights

Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to bypass safety filters or content moderation systems
  • Using automated tools to access or interact with the Service
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  • Reselling or redistributing access to the Service
  • Using the Service to develop competing products
  • Interfering with the Service's infrastructure or security systems
  • Circumventing usage limits or billing systems

Consent Requirements

Before using another person's face, voice, or likeness in the Service, you must:

  • Obtain their explicit, informed, written consent
  • Clearly explain how their likeness will be used
  • Provide them with a copy of the generated content
  • Allow them to withdraw consent at any time

AI Disclosure Requirements

When publishing content created with KiiTOS, you must:

  • Clearly label the content as AI-generated
  • Not attempt to pass off AI-generated content as human-created
  • Comply with all applicable disclosure laws in your jurisdiction

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Review content and prompts for policy compliance
  • Remove or restrict access to violating content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement
  • Preserve evidence for legal proceedings

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or activity that violates this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@kiitos.world.
